Yay me. As of November 8th, I will be moving to the Hotel Washington, a luxury property at 515 15th St., N.W. DC, just steps from the White House and Lincoln Memorial. I will be doing what I love best; that is, booking and cooking my events to include weddings, mitzvahs, galas and holiday parties. I am so excited!!!
When I accepted the offer, the boyfriend and I went to Persimmon Restaurant in Bethesda to celebrate. (Here’s where the wine part comes in). We ordered a bottle of a Chiante, Tenuta di Arceno (2018) and it was amazing! It was very reasonable and paired perfectly with (my) short ribs and (his) filet.
