‘19 cab sauv. Not as heavy as a regular cab sauv but very very good. They don’t grow the grapes in their property but buy from the neighboring vines medium tannins. Hint of spice and pepper ; some plum (little) and lovely

‘20 Cab Franc – vanilla and plum, caramel, and per Kelly, some kind of nut. Acorn? Really? Who eats acorns? Weirdo. Love the nose. Absolutely delicious

Petit Verdot- just released and won the loudoun cup last night. Black berries and tart black cherry. Nose is gorgeous. Deeper on the palate and absolutely delicious. Dark tannins

The winemaker let us taste merlot straight from the car. Didn’t make the barrel yet. Tart (trapped co2) can’t wait to taste when it’s been aged

Tannat – pretty deep. A little acidic. Light red fruit. Got vanilla. Excellent finish per Kelly. I found it to be too acidic. Didn’t like it.
I still love Kelly though
