Spring house red -new wine. Very sweet and jammy. Meant to be served chilled. We weren’t too crazy about it
2019 Ellzey red – Bordeaux style – dry. Especially on the backside. I’m not getting the explosion of flavor as they describe it but it is good. Kelly got a bit of strawberry
2019 Merlot – we both like this. Nothing screams at me but it’s good. Definitely dry. Per Kelly this has more of a bite to it, a little more pepper. It’s a little more complex than the Lzee red. I know what I mean with this
2020 Cabernet Sauvignon- very good. Little hint of Pepper, but neither of us can really find any distinct flavors Which Kelly actually thinks it’s a good thing. He said that a cab Sauv sometimes it just taste like a cab Sauv With no plum or raspberry or spices
2019 cab franc – I definitely got a huge hint of vanilla. Kelly for raspberry and then vanilla. It’s pretty good
2019 Petite Verdot hmmm. Not bad at all . Per Kelly it has the petit Verdeaux kick to it. A little on the tart side. Crabapples
