Cab Franc: delicious
Merlot: full, raspberry, blackberry notes
Merlot/cab reserve: smoother, clean finish
Cabernet: a really nice wine. Rich and fruity
2013 Crowne Orchard Cabernet: deep, earthy aromas, red fruit characteristics
2015 Symbius: full body; rich and smooth. Excellent dinner wine

Merlot/cab reserve-still very good. The blurb says Dark fruit such as black currant and Sherry. Finishes long with notes of smoke and vanilla. However I didn’t find that. I found it to be very smooth and lighter
Cabernet Sauvignon-blurb: Rich and fruity with highlights of Cedar and pepper qualities. It’s all that. Very lovely wine.
Petit Verdot – 2017 – old rich Characteristics of blueberry and a smoky earthy undertone. Inky color low tannins, and a hint of wild violets on the finish. Kelly and I both got tasted the raspberry not necessary blueberry. It’s almost too sweet
2015 – Symbius – True blend of the Bordeaux varietals. Dark fruit tones of blackberry and current. Full-bodied and rich with a smooth velvety finish. Let’s see if they’re right.
Sip. Swish. Gulp
It definitely pull the flavor of blackberry and currents. It’s a nice happy wine but too much flavor to go with the steak dinner OK tell me what you think Kelly.
He’s not sure he likes it. It’s weird. Something off.
I have to agree but don’t tell him I agreed w him. It’ll go straight to his head
We were members of this winery for some time and enjoyed the benefits. we actually got to do a blending class which was very cool. Mind you, we failed miserably but it was very educational. We were told we would get a bottle of the finished product but unfortunately the manager left and we never had the opportunity to actually finish the course.
On another occasion we met w. the winemaker and were able to taste the wines from the cast which was really fun.
We eventually quit the club because of the inconsistency’s. The wine is very good though
