Interesting place. Was originally a dairy farm and then and then turned into a listening station number one. Pretty cool.
The Glasses are pretty cool. On one side it says covert wine works on the other it says you were never here.

2018 cab Franc
I definitely got a little bit of mint on the nose. It’s a nice round mouth feel. Kelly got the black cherry. We both think this is very good

2018 merlot
“I absolutely got the mint and cocoa on the nose. So I definitely got the plum and black cherry but I don’t think I would’ve picked Coco even though I taste it I wouldn’t of said it myself.” Per Kelly.
Per Riva… delicious and bold as a merlot should be

2018 cab Sauvignon
Vanilla on the nose (which I love). They’re saying plum also but I can’t find that. They say this one is full bodied on the pallet with plum, black cherry and graphite notes. I’m actually getting the graphite says Kelly. I got the graphite too. It’s a very smooth dry wine which is what I really like in a wind. Kelly loves the tannins. Oh so incredibly well with the steak per Kelly.

2018 petite Verdot
Nicknamed Vanessa. Blackberry $ spice. I got green pepper. We both got spicy and peppery. I got more green pepper.

2018 Tannat.
Plum and violet on the nose. Dark fruit and cured meat on the pallet. That’s their description.
I got Christmas on the backside of it. Kelly thought it was almost sweet. We both got pine. I like it
2019 enigma. Also known as a 2019 bourdeaux Blend. Kelly says oak, smoke. For sure. Then he slammed the glass down. For me, it’s M&M pizza on the nose which is magnificent. Smooth dark and very palatable. This wine takes me home. Kelly said it’s definitely earth he leaves sticks twigs with leaves sticks and mulch. And again he’s not from New Jersey and he doesn’t know M & M pizza
